This 1986 John Deere 4650 Tractor has been a rewarding project and is now a strong, field-ready machine with 180 HP and MFWD. Purchased for a college overhaul project, it has received extensive mechanical and cosmetic updates. The powershift transmission, MFWD clutch, PTO brake, and input planetary were all rebuilt, and new thermostats, a fan lock-up kit, new exhaust manifold, and turbo were installed. The tractor also features a new A/C system, LED lights, new interior, new radio, and a freshly flushed radiator. It’s equipped with a rear three-point hitch and has proven itself reliable in the field on both the cultivator and auger wagon. A lot of time, effort, and care have gone into restoring and maintaining this tractor—it runs great and is ready to work. The owner is simply looking to upgrade to something newer.
