2010 Case IH 1240 Planter

This 2010 Case IH 1240 is a clean, well-maintained 16-row, 30" twin-row planter with 31 split rows and row shutoff, offering excellent versatility for soybeans or corn. It has 1,200 acres on the openers, shoes, and firmers, and features air down force and a planter-mounted PTO pump, with a PTO gearbox replaced only 2 years ago. Both seed tanks were also replaced 2 years ago, and the unit runs a chain drive with 4-section hydraulic shutoff for precise planting control. The wheels and tires currently on the planter do not go with it, but it will be sold with a good factory set of wheels and tires installed. As a 3-point mounted machine with split-row capability, this 1240 is field-ready and well-equipped for high-accuracy planting.
