2023 Caterpillar 302 CR

2023 Caterpillar 302 CR

This 2023 Caterpillar 302 CR compact hydraulic excavator is a one-owner, low-hour machine with just 136.9 verified operating hours, offering an excellent opportunity for contractors, landscapers, utility crews, and property owners seeking a modern and versatile compact excavator. Purchased new in 2023, this unit has seen limited use and is described as operating properly and being ready to work. Its compact-radius design is engineered for maneuverability in confined working environments, making it particularly useful for trenching, excavation, grading, site preparation, landscaping, and utility installation. The machine features an enclosed ROPS cab with air conditioning, heat, and an FM radio, providing a comfortable working environment throughout changing weather conditions. The air conditioning blows cold, and the heating system operates effectively. A hydraulic thumb adds important functionality for gripping, lifting, and positioning compatible materials such as brush, rocks, and jobsite debris. With a listed operating weight of 4,987 pounds, this Caterpillar offers a compact equipment footprint while maintaining the functionality expected of a professional hydraulic excavator. Combining exceptionally low verified hours, one-owner history, enclosed cab comfort, and a hydraulic thumb, this 302 CR is an appealing addition to a construction or property-maintenance equipment fleet.
