This luxurious, true 4-season Arctic Package coach was built as a show model, featuring numerous upgrades for ultimate comfort and convenience. It offers a sophisticated keyless entry door with a key fob and a Step Above entry step. The interior boasts solid surface countertops on the buffet, day/night shades with insulated curtains, and double pane insulated windows for exceptional temperature control.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, with two pantries, attic storage, a 24" range/oven, a full-size residential fridge with an ice maker, and a cabinet in the island designed to accommodate a dishwasher. It has a water capacity of 100 gallons, a gray water capacity of 80 gallons, a waste capacity of 80 gallons, and a propane capacity of 80 lbs. An inspection in November 2023 confirmed that all systems are in excellent condition.
